3 Mission black figs, large

6 Thyme, sprigs

1/2 oz Lime juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 oz Thyme simple syrup

Step Two: In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the gin, lime juice, thyme simple syrup, and figs. Make sure to smash the figs up really well!

Step three: Strain into a glass over ice. Gently stir cider into the glass. Top with a splash of club soda.

Step Four: Garnish with a couple fresh fig slices and a small sprig of fresh thyme. Serve immediately.
